Working terms, in plain language.
Project, subscription, advisory, and on-demand work begins only after a written agreement names scope, pricing, ownership, confidentiality, responsibilities, and termination.
Scope
The signed proposal or statement of work is the authority for deliverables, timing, team, access, assumptions, and acceptance.
Pricing
Published starting points do not replace a written scope. Subscription and On Demand plan prices and minimum blocks are stated on their product pages.
Ownership
Client ownership of created source files, decisions, research, tokens, components, and handoff is defined in the signed agreement.
Confidentiality
We support mutual NDAs and protect client identity where the engagement requires it.
